The office is open Mon-9-6, Tues-9-6, Wed- 9-12, Thurs- 9-6, Fri- 9-12 . The Dr's hours vary, so call to schedule an appointment.
Our office is located at 3000 Center Green Dr., Suite 230. It is the first building west of Foothills Parkway on Valmont. The building has two entrances. The west entrance is closest to our suite. The one farther east is handicapped accessible if you need that. You can also park under the building (if space is available) and take the elevator to the 2nd floor which is really nice in bad weather.
