Office Location
Our office is located at 3000 Center Green Dr., Suite 230. It is the first building west of Foothills Parkway on Valmont. The building has two entrances. The west entrance is closest to our suite. The one farther east is handicapped accessible if you need that. You can also park under the building (if space is available) and take the elevator to the 2nd floor which is really nice in bad weather.
We will be closed on Friday Dec 24th but will re-open on Monday the 27th at 9 AM
Many people still don’t realize we are in the office on Friday mornings and have been for a long time. A staff person will no longer be in the office on Wednesday afternoons so our office hours are:
Mon-9-6,Tues-9-6, Wed- 9-12, Thurs- 9-6, Fri- 9-12

How do I get started?
Contact our office at 303-447-1300 to schedule an initial consultation with the Doctor to determine your individual situation. Medical Evaluation and Diagnostic testing procedures should be performed prior to beginning any treatment in order to determine the most effective process. After carefully studying your case history and exam findings, the Doctor will sit down and explain his recommended plan of action for you. After answering any questions you may have about the recommended plan, you may begin your care.
